2. Does Global TeleRadiology verify authenticity of the Radiologist before taking them on Panel?

Yes. We have several measures in place to ensure all Radiologist listed are genuine and qualified. We verify them through the Medical Council Registration and Certificates. There is a stringent process of assessment and screening before the radiologist is added to the panel.

3. What kind of Radiologists do you have?

Our team of experienced and senior radiologists are industry best. They are capable of reporting on all the modalities and extremities and provide full sub-specialty coverage.

4. Can I choose Radiologist(s) for my panel?

Yes. Once you sign up with us, we prepare a reporting panel depending on the profile or timing of cases. The same is reviewed with you.

5. Do we need to install any software?

Yes, a lightweight Pusher or secure access application will be installed for optimal image viewing and data transmission. Our support team will assist with a quick and hassle-free setup that is done with remote access.

6. Do we get any training?

Yes. We will train your technician to use the Software for uploading the images & receiving the reports. In the beginning our assistance will always be there to handhold your team

7. Can we speak to the reporting Radiologist?

Yes, We have a facility wherein we arrange conference call between physician and the reporting Radiologist to clarify doubts, if any.

8. How do you ensure security of client's diagnostic data?

We take privacy and security of diagnostic data very seriously, and you can be certain of 100% privacy and confidentiality of your data when you outsource your Teleradiology services to us. we keep data for only 7days after receiving images
